SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
We require 3-5 business days to process your order. Actual delivery date varies based on location, but the average arrival time is 2-5 days after shipment has been sent. Lunar Spark Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues. Every purchase over $50 comes with insurance. Filing an insurance claim for loss or damage is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will provide any needed information to complete the claim. Please be assured that our shipping team does an excellent job in packing your boxes with the utmost care and protection.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept any returns at this time. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide you with an equal exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and all items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date.
